7-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day easy replacement policy from the date of delivery. This is valid only if the product you received is:
- Damaged during transit.
- Defective or not working properly.
- Incorrect (wrong item sent).
Conditions for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement, please ensure that:

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: We highly recommend recording a clear unboxing video when you open your parcel. This helps us fast-track your request with our courier partners.
How to Raise a Request
To start a replacement request, contact our customer support team at support@trendingproducts.com with your Order ID, clear photos, or an unboxing video of the defective item. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ship a brand-new replacement unit to you at no extra cost.
Refunds
- We generally provide brand-new replacements for defective items.
- In case a replacement stock is unavailable, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method (or bank account for COD orders) within 5–7 business days.
